[FM Discuss] booktype manual [was how to add collaborators?]

Hi there Daniel, 

I'd be up for writing something but we'd need to have some good people
in place I think to actually make changes and advances to the tool based
on what we discover collaboratively rather than just documenting it.

Would you be able to attend if we got it?
