[FM Discuss] booktype manual [was how to add collaborators?]

great, thanks aco :) i've added an explanation under the heading "roles
& permissions" in the chapter on creating an account.
i've also added a chapter "The Edit Interface" that describes the
editing interface, with a very brief explanation of most of the tabs -
since they are fairly self-explanatory so don't really require their own
chapter; apart from Settings & Publish, which have their own chapters.
there were some things on the Settings page that don't seem to work, eg
setting a new language or license, & also i wasn't sure if "set
permissions" is supposed to save the change you've made in the dropdown
menu selection, or if it should allow you to do more ... it didn't seem
to do anything. i realise that it says that the interface is a work in
progress, but if there are things that don't work we should note that in
the manual, otherwise it could be confusing.
i also noticed that the booktype manual doesn't appear on this page:
http://booki.flossmanuals.net/ - yet there is a book creation section,
with the booki manual & other things. can this be updated?
