[FM Discuss] link for updating/republishing a manual?

heck; every time i need to do this, i cannot find the link for getting 
to where i do the get booki gears thing :(

am i the only person who has this problem? if not, is it possible to 
include a link to this in the interface somehow?

& in the meantime, can someone remind me what it is? (i will try to make 
a note of it somewhere that i can find in another 6 months ... )
