This tool admin.php is not part of Booki/Booktype, which is why it's not
integrated - it's a separate tool called bookipublisher which is
currently unmaintained, I believe.

bookipublisher takes the sources of the books from
booki.flossmanuals.net and drops static copies on to the separate site
www.flossmanuals.net (a.k.a. en.flossmanuals.net)

In current Booktype you can read and write in the same interface, e.g.
you can read a chapter here:

http://booktype-demo.sourcefabric.org/algebra-an-algorithmic-treatment/preface-to-j-edition/

so there may be less need for static copies now.
