There is a Booktype ticket open for a search feature.

In this case, that is up to the booki.cc admins.

Personally, I would prefer people who don't have a real book to
contribute to use http://booktype-demo.sourcefabric.org/ as a sandbox,
as it would keep other sites free-er of clutter.
