[FM Discuss] how to add collaborators?

the groups feature doesn't seem to do much at all - i haven't really
used it but i looked at it while thinking that perhaps this was the way
to add my collaborator, but it didn't seem to offer much. it would be
good to have that kind of thing in the editing options.
i would be happy to contribute to an online sprint to work on the
booktype manual.
