I see, this is under Settings -> Roles -> Manage roles. Probably we
should have a different name for the superuser than 'admin' to
distinguish these different levels of control.

I have been working on the Booktype manual as it is, and had not thought
to look for undocumented features. That's a reminder to always start
with the software :-)
