Great! Shall we aim to have the proposal done by Friday? It's not a long
form.

I can make simple fixes via git, but perhaps we could have at least one
Booktype developer there (or available remotely). I can also show people
the ticket system and how to use it.
The good thing about a book sprint is that we can be confident of
producing something useful. I've been to a few coding sprints that
didn't achieve that (mostly because there were too many ideas and not
enough programmers!)

I would be able to attend, but I'd also be available for remote
collaboration. It would be good to have some local people involved.
