Happy to help Eben.

I can either do the whole process for you and you can get back in
contact when you want to publish version 2.0.

Or - and this may be better - I can set you up so that you can log in
and publish yourself.

Let me know what is best for you and we should be able to do it straight
after.

I've checked out the book and it looks great! Should we do a call out
from FLOSS Manuals inviting groups to translate it? I'm sure that there
would be interested people to do that in our community?
