[FM Discuss] Editing a book (Greg and Scribus)

For now I'm Ok. When I will need help is when I get ready to publish, to
see how to change the title (maybe), and also whether the chapters I've
slid down to the bottom get automatically deleted or if I or someone has
to manually do that.
