And/or a book about running Free Software conferences/unconferences,
maybe. Visas can be a major problem for US conferences, and recently the
UK has been restricting student visas (there were people applying to
study at fake colleges, set up just to issue visas):

It would be good to feature the alternatives to travel in person, such
as video streaming, online collaboration tools etc, content on much of
which could be imported from other manuals. Not just for visa reasons,
but also to reduce our carbon footprint vs. air travel.
