[FM Discuss] 3rd release of csound floss manual released

hey

So, we are in a transition period. I got too busy to run FM and passed 
the hat onto Mick but Mick also has other priorities so at the moment 
Mick and I are juggling some of the responsibilities but eventually we 
want to have someone that is dedicated to the community management role 
more or less fulltime. That is in discussion as are a lot of other 
issues about the structure of FM. So hang in there...will be sorted 
before you know it :)
