[FM Discuss] Mascot for FLOSS Manuals?

agree with adam - altho i don't think tomi is suggesting it be 
compulsory or even a standard thing.

if you created such graphics for manuals that you're working on & then 
offered them for the wider use of the community, i don't see a problem 
with that. (i've previously suggested that there could be a repository 
of style sheets for use with manuals, so such graphics could be part of 
that - a library of CC content available if people want to use it).
