[FM Discuss] Mascot for FLOSS Manuals?

Yes, do something for the Dream School manual, and make it free and
open. If other manuals want to use it, or adapt it, they can. Or not.
It doesn't need to represent all of FLOSS Manuals, but if lots of
manuals adopt it, it could become a de facto mascot.
