The img tag looks OK, but the span title is messed up, it contains the
whole img tag again and is not closed correctly, e.g:

<p> There are many ways to describe a sound physically. One of the most
common is the Sound Intensity Level (SIL). It describes the amount of
power on a certain surface, so its unit is Watt per square meter

( <span title="<img title=" style=""vertical-align:" middle=""
src="%22http://www.imathas.com/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?%5Cdisplaystyle%5Cblack%7BW%7D%5C//%7B%7Bm%7D%7D%5E%7B%7B2%7D%7D%22">"
class="AM">

<img title="W//m^2" style="vertical-align: middle;"
src="http://www.imathas.com/cgi-bin/mimetex.cgi?%5Cdisplaystyle%5Cblack%7BW%7D%5C//%7B%7Bm%7D%7D%5E%7B%7B2%7D%7D">

</span> ).

The HTML source looks the same in your Booki version, e.g:

http://booki.flossmanuals.net/csound/_draft/_v/1.0/c-intensities/

so I don't think this is a bookipublisher issue. Possibly it was caused
during the editing of image links.

Cheers!

Daniel
