[FM Discuss] new firefox and etherpad manuals could do with a review

Is there an issue tracker where we keep track of manuals that need to be
reviewed? I keep coming in contact with people who are interested in
contributing to FLOSS projects but don't know where to start.  I'd love to
send more people over to FLOSS Manuals.
