[FM Discuss] AIDR manual missing

Hello our team at Qatar Computing Research Institute had a Flossmanual for
the open source tool : AIDR (Artificial Intelligence for Disaster
Response.) Today we went to do updates and see that it is missing from the
Disaster Management section and that our links are also broken.

Can anyone help guide me into resolving this. In reviewing the discuss list
threads there appears to have been a migration in November. [1]
