Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out and getting in contact.

Unfortunately, currently FLOSS Manuals English isn't in a position to go 
into this kind of partnership. It's more a matter of keeping the 
platform going for existing projects and keeping an archive of previous 
work online and responding to requests about those.

I'll try to do some work to reflect that more accurately on our web 
presense as I think it's a bit misleading at the moment.
