Hi all <br><br>Some of us are at the lacket in rural wiltshire, a lovely cottage in the middle of no where. <br><br>We've got a plan for the kind of Documentation we want to create for Drupal and specifcally video sharing in Drupal. <br>
<br>Now we need to work out how much we can do this weekend and how much over the coming months. <br><br>We need to create 3 type of documentation <br>a) for developers<br>b) for admins of our drupal site<br>c) for end users<br>
<br>We are planning on putting these in three places. <br><br>a) Drupal.org<br>b) Floss manuas<br>c) as generic help on the website and input forms of the site. <br><br>Ideally we should use this weekend to create a good frame of what we want to achieve as well as some short term outcomes. <br>

Creating a Provider for our own sites to use the flash elements of Embedded Media Field. <br><br>Document the use of SWF tools for a video sharing site and JW player<br><br>Create a User interface focus group to look at <a href="http://ifiwatch.net">ifiwatch.net</a> and <a href="http://chalktalk.info">chalktalk.info</a> to see how the text and usablility can be improved - feed these ideas back to the techs to work out the vialblity of the ideas<br>
