It's kinda obscure, and I'm not sure if I'm correct, but if you look
at the URL itself, it's in the structure of the links on the front
page <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://en.flossmanuals.net/">http://en.flossmanuals.net/</a> of documents that can be read..
As the Wikipedia article is still under construction it's not
publishable at this stage. You can see on the chapter list page
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Wikipedia">http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Wikipedia</a> that all of them are
"unpublished" - and hence not visible on the front page.
