As an admin I have a MOVE/<span class="il">DELETE</span> link in the 
left column on <span class="il">FM</span>. When I go to a <span class="il">chapter</span> and then click that MOVE/<span class="il">DELETE</span>
 link, I get an option to move or rename that <span class="il">chapter</span>,
 and it instructs me to move it to the "Trash web" if I want to <span class="il">delete</span> it. So, you could send the names of the 
chapters you want too rename or <span class="il">delete</span> to the 
list and an admin can do it - I'll volunteer for this round if you'd

How can I delete a chapter? We have some old "test" chapters that can<br>
go away. They're not in the published book, just trying to clean up<br>
