chapter. i changed it in reading ...check it out...<br>

although it works it is still a bug but of a different nature than you<br>
reported so I will update the ticket.<br>

As for the second book...it has no sections...if you add them i think it<br>
will work..also. somehow the [title] (grey box) was deleted..in fm this<br>
should never be the case. so i will add that. These issues (by the way)<br>
would not be an issue if we were authoring in booki...<br>
