Marc,<br><br>The manual I put together, "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!", had an introduction which referred readers to all the available formats of the book (including Lulu, <a href="http://archive.org">archive.org</a>, and the Kindle Store).  It also had a "Where To From Here?" chapter at the end suggesting further reading, and an "About The Authors" chapter which had a brief bio of me and the other contributors.  Any one of those places would be a place I could have offered professional services (if I had them to offer).<br>
