Tuukka,

URL for cover image isn't exactly friendly. It would be better to have a drop-down list of images in the selected book to choose from. Or one of those upload fields with a Browse button.

The Lulu fields seem dubious to me too. I've never published to Lulu, but I have done to CreateSpace and I like that CS walks you through the process of publishing your book, instead of asking for every possible piece of info up front before you really know what you're doing. I assume that Lulu does much the same thing, and I cannot imagine why you would not want to do it that way. I have four books on CS and I'll do the walk-you-through on the fifth if there is one.

Hey guys,

Since a while ago, Objavi can include a cover image in the generated epub if you fill in the "URL for cover image" form field at http://objavi.booki.cc.

Regards,
You can easily add a cover image to your generated epub by editing it
with Sigil. That is what I do with all my epubs. You can upload the
cover image into Booki but don't use it on any page in the book. The
image will be included in the generated epub. Edit that epub with
Sigil, mark the cover image to indicate that it is the cover image, add
needed metadata and save.

Booki should have a way to specify a cover image for epubs, but until it
does this is a very simple workaround.
Noticed that epubs unlike pdfs do not have title cover or the issue date
usually on the pdf first page. Nor do they state distribution license.
On Sony Reader a cover looks better than displaying the first page.
