I've checked through document revisions made since we last
successfully updated Lulu. All images uploaded have a max width of
600px.<br>

I do recall hitting this export problem in early February, but it
seemed to resolve itself the following day.<br>

Would appreciate any other thoughts you have for trouble shooting
the problem.<br>
<br>
Could you zip and send me all images in the FF 'static' folder so
I can check width of images?<br>

Maybe you added a too-wide image to the book since then. All images
should be 600 pixels wide or less.
Or just possibly you may have some bogus HTML tag that got
copied-and-pasted from another source into one of your chapters, which
is pushing out the page width.
