Is it possible to make Content Items clickable links to assist
people with navigating soft copies of books?</font> <br>

In the past I'm sure some versions of our book have opened in
Acrobat Reader with a Contents sidebar on the LHS but I cannot
replicate this behaviour any longer.<br>
