<div><div>We are going to have one in the Tampere University technical documentation course just like we did in 2010. Now I just don't know which new open source manual we could actually write in Finnish. It should be a common end user program, but there should not be an English manual available somewhere, since it would be a lot easier to translate one from English rather than to write a new one. </div>
