i am trying to publish the new user manual for the (drumroll!)
long-awaited new version of UpStage ... but ... i can't work out
how to actually publish it!
gears", but there is a warning message saying "

first time then use the older plugin ('get book')" - but there is
no link for this other plugin, & changing the url to reflect
the name isn't getting me anywhere.
so how does one publish a manual these days???
