it has been a great year for fm, it might not seem so apparent but we<br>
have been putting a lot of work in the background firming up the<br>
infrastructure for FM. Laurent in particular has been following many<br>
leads for funding and support for FM and yesterday we managed to secure<br>
our first substantial grant. It will mean really good positive changes<br>
for FM in terms of infrastructure. We wish to keep M the organic and<br>
open community it is, but in 2013 we will be able to put some more<br>
muscle behind it to push it along and support the community.<br>
<br>
More details will be coming next year, but I wanted to say<br>
congratulations to Laurent for doing such a great job, and also thanks<br>
to Mick who has also been putting in a tremendous amount of time and<br>
energy to move this along.<br>
<br>
Also, thanks to the board who are a great bunch - they dont interfere<br>
with community efforts but also are helping make FM more robust.<br>
<br>
More on all of this in new year, in the meantime have a great xmas and<br>
new year and see you on the list in 2013!<br>
