<br></div>I'm happy to remove if you give me the password / can let me know what account it is attached to.<br><br></div>Medium term, I think we'll probably also create our own CiviCRM account so that it is easier for us to manage our book presence.<br>

book by 'FLOSS Manuals' which seems to be the one you want to remove. I<br>
would suggest contacting <a href="http://www.lulu.com/support/" target="_blank">http://www.lulu.com/support/</a> and asking them<br>
for a password reminder to be sent to the email address associated with<br>
that publisher account.<br>
