There is a problem where Sections get turned into duplicate
chapters. But this shouldn't take to long to sort out. <br>

Dimitri, could you have a quick look to check it and see if the
contents have migrated ok? <br>

Previously the issues around this have been to do with Cyrillic script
in page titles. If anyone has time it would be good to alter the epub to
try to solve this.
