<p>I've done some more digging into this and found out the root
cause. <br>

<p>Hopefully this can fixed soon. But if not I is fixable by some
code editing as well. So let's wait a bit and then see. <br>
</p>
<p>In the mean time I'll add the updated version of the HTML and
epub to flossmanuals.net if that's ok? <br>

<p>Pdf outputs do not format <pre> code correctly - no
line wrapping.As many of Floss manuals books have such code we
can't really progress, without some kind of work around.<br>
Screenshot example attached - this is a pdf screen output from
following manual - Chapter 14 is shown.</p>
