One question: Is the menu supposed to be clickable to let you jump to chapters/sections? All I see is the ability to scroll the whole book. </div>

<p>i had a quick look at the UpStage manual & it looks like it's all there. i'd like to try doing some minor edits on it, although i'm still travelling so not a lot of time at the moment. but please tell me how i can log in & do that, & i'll try to give it
