What we would prefer to do is first get some vietanemanuals translted in
the translation zone :
http://translate.flossmanuals.net

and then when there are a few manuals there and some people Vietnamese
speakers contributing then we can discuss setting up your own
vi.flossmanuals.net

does that sound ok?

If you could motivate others to be involved this would be fantastic.
When FM first started a friend told me to write less and spend the time
finding others to write...I think this was very good advice...
