[FM Discuss] request to start new manual for Mifos

Hi there!

I'm a software developer on a project called Mifos. Mifos is used by
banks that provide financial services to the poor, like microloans.

I've seen how awesome Flossmanuals can be after witnessing the GSoC
MentoringGuide spring forth from a book sprint. Amazing!

We've got a couple of people that are poised and ready to start a new
manual for Mifos, and we'd like to use Flossmanuals to write it.

Would someone be able to let us start the manual?

I believe someone may have already contacted adam at flossmanuals.net,
but he might be on vacation... not sure. Anyway, I just want to remove
roadblocks for the folks ready to write our manual.

I'm not sure what top-level category this manual would fall under,
maybe a new one like "FINANCE".

Other suggestions are also welcome, such as starting the manual in
some authoring tool that would make it easy to copy & paste the
content into the real manual on Flossmanuals.net once/if we get the
manual started there.
