1. Is it possible to link to other sections of a book? For instance,
link to the Glossary from somewhere in the Introduction? If yes, is
this advisable/recommended?

2. How does publishing (ie: making "live") work? Does one of us
working on the Mifos manual do the publishing?

3. Is there some kind of review process? i.e.: can we accept or reject
individual changes?

4. I'm editing a long chapter. 1. I insert a screenshot. 2 I position
the cursor at the end of the shot and press Enter. 3. All the chapter
below that screenshot disappears. what is the recommended way to
create a new line underneath a screenshot?

5. How does one adjust font size inside tables?
