[FM Discuss] No graphics in the Inkscape pdf

Hi, new Inkscape user here,

I was looking the PDF version of the Inkscape manual
http://en.flossmanuals.net/Inkscape

But when I open it, no image or graphics. Not even a title on the front 
page. I have opened it on 3 diferents computers using diferent programs 
to opening it. All of them can't display the graphics.

But if I look at some previous version of that same manual, All seem fine.

Does the up to date manual was made with a different converter? Was it 
made without the screenshots or photo?
