Thank you. I added them in, along with all of the other terms I found
in the draft chapters.

You could have done so yourself, of course. It would be helpful if
authors in general added any special terms in their text to the
Glossary immediately, whether or not they have a definition. If you
discuss the term in the text, you can paste that into the Glossary.
Others will clean up all of these things later. Just remember, it's a
Wiki, and you can always treat it that way. Similarly, if my version
of a definition is in any way incorrect or could in any way be better
worded, go for it. I assert no ownership rights, and I don't complain
when my work is improved.

We don't have definitions for all of the terms that I and others have
collected. Authors and editors are invited to take a look, and to add
in what they know about.
