[Booki-dev] dev guide

hey

I think since we dont have back-ups in place for booki content at
present its better to create the dev guide in FM. We can import it later
when Booki is a little more stable.

I put the Booki-zip definition in the guide and pulled out the broader
vision stuff from sponsorship docs and put them in the guide.

We should edit this directly and extend as we go. 

This is the guide, incidentally, I am hoping Yaco will take over and
construct/manage/maintain.

Also, it might be a nice idea to gen a pdf via objavi, print a few
copies of these as books, and send to potential developers we would like
to have involved...might be a nice demo and enticement at the same
time...
