hi,

trying to get wikibooks import closes to reality,
i was looking into importing epubs, this needed some fixing in espri.cgi
so that it also supports sending the zip for urls
(attached as espri_epub_url_zip.patch)

after that, booki needed some changes, attached as booki_import_epub.patch
this adds a box to provide a url for an epub on the profile page and
calls espri accordingly.

while doing this i noticed that wikiboos2epub did not write dc:title
in the metadata this is fixed, but the books in
http://objavi.flossmanuals.net/epub/wikibooks/ would need to be
extracted again, douglas can you do this?

please have a look at the patches, and let me know if they break
anything else...
