[Booki-dev] license list

i rekin lgpl wont be used much for content. if we could just strip this
down to one gpl and in the metadata editor u get to set the version,
then we are more or less the same 


can we go:

CC-BY-SA
CC0 
GPL
MIT
BSD
Public Domain

i actually took 'unknown' out since when u create a book u know the
license (or have to choose one) for 99% of cases...
