[Booki-dev] Localization plugin

Hello,

I heard that we need a localization plugin to use Booki in Finnish FLOSS
Manuals.

Naturally the same localization plugin would be useful for all localizations
of Booki?

I was asking Python coders for help and four people responded. So I think we
would be able to do it here.

Could somebody please give me some information about how to get started?
Specifications etc.?
