all sounds cool Doug...good to have you back :)

With the page-break stuff I found there is quite a good discussion on
the various related bugs in the webkit trac:

Particularly between Dave Hyatt and Hayato ito:

They seem to have given up on implementing page-break support and other
paging issues until they have rewritten webkits paging code. Hayato did
provide some patches that got part way there, and perhaps far enough for
us, but they were rejected.

You seem to be suggesting that you work on wkhtmltopdf to fix it.
Another option of course is to work with Robert OCallahan and fix the
issues in Gecko as he and I discussed at the Moz Conf. 

What do you think is the best strategy here?

Also, Raj is on baby leave at the moment. I am cc'ing him just in case
he is back and we can draw his attention.
