[Booki-dev] Invalid EPUB created by Booki

I've been using my personal Booki to try out importing an EPUB from
the Internet Archive, correcting it, then uploading the corrected EPUB
back to the archive.  I imported the book "Thirteen Women", divided it
up into chapters and sections, fixed some image link problems and
attempted to generate an EPUB from it to see how it came out.  It is
unreadable by FBReader, Calibre, and the Mozilla EPUB plugin
(everything I tried).  I have generated an EPUB from my personal Booki
at the office based on a book I wrote there (not an import), and that
turned out just fine.  It would seem to be a problem with the Internet
Archive import process, perhaps akin to the image link problem.

I didn't know if this list supports attachments so I uploaded the EPUB
