[Booki-dev] Book in epub import from the Internet Archive

I've been playing with my personal Bookis for awhile and I imported
the book "Thirteen Women" from the Internet Archive.  I donated the
original book so I'm in a good position to proof and correct it.

There is a problem with importing EPBs with images that is not
immediately apparent.  When you import the EPUBs the image tags all
look like this:

<p class="illus"> <img
src="/thirteen-women/_v/1.0/static/picture2.jpg" alt="picture2" />
</p>

What they *should* look like is this:

<p class="illus"> <img src="static/picture2.jpg" alt="picture2" />
</p>

If you do it the first way it looks OK in the editor but when you
export the book in any format the images will be missing because the
link points to the wrong place.
