Douglas,

Actually this is not a problem with the export to templated HTML but
is instead a problem with the import from the Internet Archive.  The
import creates fully qualified links to the images (including the id
of the book) instead of just static/imagename.  This works fine until
you do the export.  If you go into HTML mode in the Booki editor and
correct the links this solves the export problem.
