[Booki-dev] hey...booki seems stuck (fm)

hey Aco,

Micz was trying to export a book today and it was coming back blank. I 
noticed the server had 0% space (Objavi) so i cleaned out some old files 
in the /books/ dir (old pdfs etc). then all seemed ok but actually booki 
was requesting a booki.zip from fbooki.fm.net and nothing was coming 
back (I could see it in the objavi logs)...

so the export process was hanging. i looked at th server processes and 
it seems like postgres may have hung? could that be so? how do i un-hang it?
