[Booki-dev] Features needed to create Kindle e-books

Adam,

Good to hear.  I've had some success unzipping the EPUBs, adding the
missing stuff, zipping them back up, and running kindlegen on the
result.  I can give details on what I needed to do.  If you prepare
the EPUB correctly then converting to approved Kindle format is quite
simple.
