[FM Discuss] audacity hindi localisation update

hi all

i managed to get more specific timeline on the hindi localisation plan
from ravikant at sarai today. the guy he has lined up to translate is
busy doing an update of KDE hindi version till march and then he'll
start on this. so over the next month i'll be putting on a push to
make and additions and updates into the audacity manual that we want
make it into the translated version.
ravikant also raised the question of translating audacity itself - i
feel that this is a bit outside my capacity to make a call on as i
don't personally know anyone with that level of familiarity with the
audacity code base.
any ideas?
