[FM Discuss] Audacityteam and FM

What's going on with the Audacity manual?  It looks like a great manual on
FM, but there is NO mention of it at all at audacityteam.org's website.

My guess is that it's just a simple oversight, and that we need to just get
a little better at FM about publicity and tie-ins for groups like audacity.
Is there something that I missed?
